Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for items returned within our 30-day return window that meet the eligibility criteria described in our Return Policy.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item). Return shipping costs for eligible returns are covered by BITLUX when using our provided return label.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
