We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must not show signs of wear and must include the original box, papers, and any accompanying accessories. Certain limited-edition or made-to-order items may be marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Sign in to your account and submit a return request, or contact us at contact@bitlux.shop with your order number. We will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

Inspection & Refund

Once your return is received, our team inspects the item to confirm it meets return eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, model, or variant, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund to ensure the fastest turnaround.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
